Really disappointed how Tom has treated us. We had a booking with you on the 23rd July and he failed to show up. Nor have any of our calls or texts been returned. We had paid upfront in good faith for sorting out the lawn which is still a work in progress and has now left us with the work not finished which he had promised to sort when he next attended. Tom had been out gardener for over a year and had no issues and now is ignoring us. Deleted and blocked us on Instagram too when we asked for a response. Very unprofessional service, use someone else who appreciates loyal customers.
