Really nice business to deal with. I phoned one evening just to leave a message and John was still taking calls. I had lots of questions and he got me to send a photo over and was able to work out the price from that. I've gone for the Plexidor with the steel security plate because I was a bit worried about the cheaper plastic ones. My little Westie loves it! She can come and go into the garden as she pleases now. Paul the fitter was very polite and helpful and kept up his social distancing and cleaned everything down with disinfectant afterwards.
Very helpful and efficient
My partner Louise wanted a door for our cat Lola and Smurf the Scottie to be able to play in the garden and stop us leaving the door open. John was very helpful and patient when I had all sorts of questions. We had a plastic one already but it was all scratched and kept breaking and was really annoying blowing open in the wind. I had no idea there were so many different types. They've taken out the old one from the door and replaced the panel with a new one and put a microchip flap in the patio french doors. . We've gone to town a bit and got the connected one so I can let both our pets in and out from my phone! We are all very happy to recommend John and his business.
