Myomechanics Therapy was started back in 2017 by Jack Holland who outside of the company works in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and in professional football for West Ham United. Jack specialises in shockwave therapy which is most commonly used for tendon injuries such as patella tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, lateral hip pain, calcific tendonitis of the shoulder amongst other soft tissue disorders. As well as this Jack offers a variety of other treatments including tailored exercise rehabilitation, lifestyle advice, massage therapy, manual therapy (joint manipulation / mobilisation), sports taping and electrotherapy (TENS / theraputic ultrasound therapy).
