Welcome, my name is Grant Lake and I am a Specialist Bereavement Counsellor

Counselling & Psychotherapy is offered as an equal partnership between client and therapist, with the emphasis on you being in control of what is discussed and the way in which sessions develop.

Having respect and dignity and that everyone counts are central tenets, guiding this services provision.

I graduated from Middlesex University in 2013 with a BA(Hons) in Person-Centered Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I graduated from Soudowns college in 2011 with a HND in Professional Counselling

I trained with Cruse bereavement Care for 5 years, specialising in sudden and traumatic loss, RTA (Road Traffic Accidents) and acquired brain injury.

I work closely with the Courts of Protection and within Multidisciplinary Teams.

I am former/retired Accredited BACP Counsellor & Psychoanalyst.

I now hold Private Legal Indemnities for private psychological counselling & psychotherapy
