Luke was recommended to me this evening for an urgent door lock change. Contacted Luke and he arrived to change the lock within the hour. Luke changed the lock to a lock we requested, he went above and beyond at such last minute. Communicated well, and very tidy and efficient with this work. I lost a whole set of keys which included my 2 front door keys - one outside/ one internal which resulted in me being locked out of the property. Legacy Locksmiths were the company that could get there in the shortest amount of time. The man who came was there within the hour, very professional and a competitive price. Very pleased with this locksmith. Luke did an excellent job after the substandard workmanship of the door fitters caused the mechanism to break due to badly fitted patio doors. The doors now lock as they should do. Which is an improvement from before. The work was guaranteed and Luke offered to come back to look at any issues should they arise. Highly recommended
