Wise Choice offers a range of therapeutic services. If you have or had Cancer or Heart Disease, I can help with any anxiety or stress related issues you may have.
I have years of experience in Mental Health and can help you if you are suffering from stress of any kind as well as anxiety. I can help by providing tools and mechanisms to help you deal with negative thoughts and beliefs which in turn can let you move on in your life. I specialise in helping those who are suffering from or who have suffered from heart disease or cancer. I draw from personal experience to provide the therapy you need in an empathetic and caring manner. Rates: £15 per half hour and £25 per hour. Special discounted rate of £10 per half hour and £15 per hour for heart and cancer patients. During Covid 19, I offer 15 min free sessions as many as needed.
Qualifications:- B. A Sociology, Certificate in Corporate Human Resources Management. Diplomas in Stress Management,and Life Coaching, CBT and NLP Practitioner.
I also founded an online Stress Management Peer Support Group www.meetup.com up.com/Edinburgh-Stress-Management-Meetup-Group/ which meets every Wednesday at 7pm on Zoom as well as a Cancer and Heart Peer Support Group
