With EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) global accreditation, Robin Macdonald coaches professionals (from any discipline and at all levels) with life and career coaching and small business owners/ directors, solopreneurs and freelance contractors.

In essence, people, irrespective of their background or ultimate objective, who want to be more effective, fulfilled and confident in their lives, workplace, careers and businesses.

I also work with businesses and organisations (typically circa 200-250 employees) delivering workplace, leadership and personal and professional coaching (including well-being) both on a one-to-one basis and in groups to their employees.

From the owners, directors and managers - right through to their associated teams, I adapt my approach and style to bring about positive and sustainable change.

With a background in supply chain and operations, I also provide consultancy, project management and interim support in supply chain management, change management and organisational development.
