An excellent course with in formation delivered clearly, concisely and comprehensively. Though a small course, students were of mixed experience and background - all appeared to grasp the required training. Imaginative use was made of a variety of training aids to deliver COVID-19 practical sessions.

A very enjoyable interactive course. The Instructor presented all aspects of the course in a clear and concise manner. Interesting props allowed 'safe' practical sessions.
Very knowledgeable and professional
Frans was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. His training equipment was excellent and he keeps it all in good condition. He particularly took great care to ensure everyone stayed Covid safe throughout and made sure we understood how to be safe providing first aid to the public in the current Covid environment. Really enjoyed the course.

Excellent delivery of course. With a diverse background of experience from many past careers, the instructor was not only able to teach first aid but was able to give us many examples of such situations he had come across and how he had dealt with them.
