ALL FUR COAT NO KNICKERS - BEWARE

A very bad experience. Poor communication and never answered calls despite being in the middle of the project. Neither Dean nor Will respond to emails or even acknowledge them. A complete lack of project management and supervision from inception. We were repeatedly lied to about ordering materials, man power and ‘stock issues’. Deans mum is constantly chasing payments ahead of agreed contract payment terms. They don’t pay any of their subcontractors and as a result they refuse to turn up to site and work remains unfinished. They rob Peter to pay Paul and are always trying to cut corners such as trying to get away with only painting three sides of our house (one example of many) despite it being priced within the scope. Be warned, they promise the earth and DO NOT deliver. They are well versed in diffusing situations as they continue to take on too much and will never turn a job down.
