ARCRO architects is a small practice, based in Epsom, specialising in the refurbishment and extension of private homes. If you need to alter, extend, or replace your home then we can help. We also work on Commercial buildings.
With over twenty years of experience, we provide expertise from inception to completion, for all your projects need.
We specialise in feasibility study, planning application and building regulation drawings.
Our service:

- Preparing production information.
- Preparing tender documentation.
- Contributing to the assessment of tenders.
- Acting as contract administrator.

- We work on Saturdays for your convenience.

Rear extension
contacted Roberto from Arcro for the rear extension of our newly bought house in New Malden. My husband and I wanted a 8-metre extension at the rear, extending into our garden and we wanted a porch in the front. We also wanted to make a loft conversion. It wasn't easy as our neighbour was objecting to the 6 metre at the rear. Arcro helped us with our planning application (and through the appeal process), prepared a new design for our kitchen which incorporated a sunroof, utility room and additional bathrooms on the three levels keeping in mind our requirements. He liaised with the contractors when we were unavailable which was very helpful. Their work is value for money and I would recommend their services.
New build
Roberto assisted with putting together planning and building regulations for a new build. He responded promptly to council inquiries and kept me updated on progress. I was happy with the design, support provided, and will use him again on future projects.
