Based in the heart of Cornwall, it is easily accessible by road, train or plane, with just a 3 minute walk from Roche train station and a 15 minute taxi ride from Newquay Airport – ideal for both local companies/organisations, or larger companies with many branches who wish to hire meeting rooms or hold conferences in a convenient location, or rent private offices with flexible terms.

The conference rooms for hire are ideal for conferences, training courses, meetings, exams or events. Layouts of seating & tables can be arranged in advance according to the purpose of hire eg. boardroom, classroom, theatre-style etc. On-site catering can be provided if required, and will be brought to you at a time of your choosing. There are several different sized, bright meeting rooms to hire with an events team, presentation equipment, Superfast Broadband Wi-fi, liquid refreshments & free on-site parking included.

‘Offices to let’ comprise of various sized private, secure offices with flexible tenancies, whether you require short-term rental or a more permanent, long-term office. When you take an office at Victoria, you're making no on-going commitment. There is no notice period, so you only ever pay rent for the time you occupy. Ad hoc hotdesking is also available. Facilities include a dedicated on-site management team, 24/7 access, disabled access, corporate signage, communal kitchens, showers & lockers, individual security cameras and free on-site parking, plus many other optional extras. There is also an on-site café, where you can eat in or takeaway hot and cold food/drinks.

Our rooms are used for a wide range of events, e.g. training, meetings, conferences, exams or interviews.

Complete the conference room booking enquiry form on our website and we will check availability for you.

We have a contract with our onsite Biscuit Café, therefore you not permitted to supply your own caterer, but delegates are more than welcome to bring their own lunches.

Office lets will be invoiced monthly. Conferencing will be invoiced on the day or after the event or we accept card payments at reception.

You can give as little as 48 hours’ notice to leave your office.

No, the only time you pay for maintenance is if you book something in with us e.g. putting a TV or whiteboard on the wall or building furniture.
