He operates from a private purpose built treatment room, which is warm and welcoming with en suite services if required. A keen practitioner of massage and current member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, Rick holds a Diploma in Sports Massage and Hot Stones Therapy. He is passionate about health and wellness and is also a Level 4 Personal Trainer, with a Diploma in exercise referral and Certificate in physical activity and lifestyle strategies for management of low back pain. Rick will implement many proven massage techniques to treat and relieve pain and with his additional knowledge of anatomy, functional movement and posture, he can also provide expert advice on rehabilitation and on-going exercise.
