Mitchy Titch instructors teach Yoga fun and fitness classes at various locations. Either to share with your baby, toddler or child or for organisations where all the benefits and fun of Yoga can be experienced when the parent/carer is unable to attend. We follow EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stages) and include sensory learning. Our classes pay particular attention to language, listening & communication; learning through play; physical, social and emotional development as well as the many benefits of yoga such as improving muscle tone, co-ordination, confidence, self-esteem, balance, flexibility, creativity, breathing and relaxation techniques.

No yoga experience is required and everyone is welcome - parents, grandparents, carers, aunts, uncles - our policy is that you only do what you are comfortable with and enjoy the experience.

Our classes operate all over the UK and Ireland privately as well as in schools and nurseries including Busy Bees Day Nurseries, Kiddicare and Mothercare. We can offer Parties and one to one sessions as a one off class or regular classes in any setting.
