DREADFUL DREADFUL SERVICE - DO NOT USE THEM I SPENT £855.00 POUNDS ON OBLIGATORY PCR TEST TO ENTER THE UK AND THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED , HOWEVER THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 24HRS .....NO WAY TO CLAIM BACK NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR CALLS ... ITS A DISGRACE AND THE GOUVERMENT SHOULD BLACK LIST THEM FROM THE RECOMENDED LIST !!! ITS SHAMFUL I WAS OBLIGED TO GIVE THEM A RATING OF 1 STAR HOWEVER THEY MERIT ZERO RATING ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY !!!!!
