I'm David, a Specialist Anxiety Coach who is passionate about helping others overcome their own anxieties and stress.

I lived a life full of anxiety and stress and never felt good enough, constantly worrying and never switching off. I reached the point where I was burnt out and then had a stroke. I recovered and got help. I now want to help others who are feeling the same way to get the support before you too reach the point I did.
