As we travel through life we pick up beliefs, behaviours and habits which we find are holding us back from acheiving what we want in life. This can make us feel unhappy or discontented. Despite our best efforts, these habits can be hard to break. Using willpower is difficult and motivation levels wane after a while and we revert back to that behaviour or belief.

Often when we exmaine what is going on it's obvious that the behaviour started off as a positive coping mechanism, but over time we've grown and changed and it's no longer necessary.

Integrative therapy draws from a wide range of therapeutic techniques and interventions to help you explore you world, creating an understanding of the situations that you've found yourself in. We look for and address the root cause to help you achieve freedom from whatever it is that's been bothering you. Taking a holistic approach means that you deal with and move on from unhelpful thoughts, feelings and beliefs in a way that's right for you.
