Rapid Transformational Therapy

I am a Rapid Transformational Practitioner, a Qualified Hypnotherapist, and a Reiki Healer and I
specialise in helping people overcome depression, fears, stress, anxiety, and self-sabotaging
behaviours.

We all have a story to tell, a past that has shaped who we are, the thoughts we think, and beliefs we
have created. Some of our beliefs have a negative effect on us as we made them at such a young age
when we didn’t know any better. What formed our beliefs was the events that we experienced, our
upbringing, the contact we had with other people growing up, the things that have been said and done
to us, and the words we say to ourselves.

A lot of us still hold onto those negative beliefs, for some it’s for protection, for others to keep us
safe, or both. The belief could be in the form of destructive patterns, a negative habit of behaviour, an
addiction, failed relationships, fears and phobias, anxiety, depression, lack of success...the list goes
on.

The experiences in your life are not what affects you, but the meaning and the interpretation of those
experiences will affect you. The good news is that you can change the meaning any time at all. By
revisiting scenes in your past and releasing those emotions and beliefs that you attached to those
scenes, you will be free to live your life on your own terms.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is effective and permanent, and has proven to deliver outstanding
results, often in just one to three sessions. First you understand what caused your issue, and then by
using powerful techniques while in hypnosis, you let go and release the restraints of the past leaving
you feeling empowered, and free to live your best life the way you have always wished.

· Reiki practitioner (Usui Reiki Levels I, II and III- Reiki Master/Teacher)
