I am a professionally qualified massage therapist who offers Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Therapeutic Massage. Depending on the style of massage chosen, I like to ensure my clients float into a euphoric state of relaxation and/or get some relief from tight muscles, pain, or injury.

I am personable and easy to communicate with and understand that massage therapy isn't merely about using my massage skills, but to also improve a client's day.

I am extremely intuitive and incorporate my own unique style to ensure the best possible experience to each client. I have the strength and stamina required to ensure the experience is thorough to ensure the client leaves satisfied and relaxed.

I am also a level 4 qualified exercise referral specialist/ Personal Trainer and nutrition advisor - I can offer bespoke plans that will help you reach your health goals.
