As a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist, my treatments are centered around remedial therapy that focuses on the musculoskeletal system. I use a range of massage techniques within a general framework of assessment, maintenance and rehabilitation. Treatments are geared towards specific injury rehabilitation, body maintenance, pregnancy issues, and general tension relief associated with stress and overwork.
