Steve Brooks from Mexborough will sell you a dream which turns into a nightmare. Our bathroom took 6 months to complete and Steve Brooks left us to finish the work ourselves at significant cost. This was due to the extremely poor standard of tiling inflicted on the bathroom by Phil Prior who Steve Brooks promoted as his best tradesman. Substantial areas of tiles, mosaics and trims required ripping out and replacing. The tiler who spent several days correcting the sub-standard work said it would have been easier to rip everything out and start again. Steve Brooks is totally oblivious to the impact of his unscrupulous actions on both the customer and his own reputation. A large number of negative reviews reveal a pattern of botch jobs, bad practice and angry customers who are left to fix the mess created in their home by Steve Brooks and his team.
