Michelle Phillips based in Barnet, Hertfordshire Graduated from the Open University in 2013 with an LLB (hons) degree and proceeded with the study of practice courses through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She concentrated on Wills, probate, conveyancing and client care. She is now a graduate from CILEX securing Fellowship. She started her legal journey with a firm of solicitors in London which specialised in personal injury litigation. She ventured into the private client area of law whilst looking after a young family and now enjoys working within the private client sector. Her experience in the administration of estates ranges from small estates through to large complex estates. She has a warm and caring approach whilst being professional when dealing with all private client matters. Applying for probate can be a laborious procedure but with her experience she is able to administer estates efficiently and adheres to client care and due diligence.
