Upbeat Clean provides excellent service to our commercial clients while also paying a real living wage to our staff, providing mentoring opportunities and supported employment, and giving staff the flexibility to have a balanced family life. We treat our staff as we would like to be treated and in doing so, see them shine in their work and lives.

However, we don't just want companies to choose our cleaning services because we are a social enterprise, we want to provide the best customer service in Derby. Every customer has a designated account manager who visits regularly to ensure that they receive the best service and experience the joy of having their premises cleaned exactly how they want it.
