The 15 Minute Life Insurance Service

provides policies underwritten by AIG Life, which include access to Smart Health services which are provided by Teladoc Health.

We want to let you know that these services are non-contractual, which means they don’t form part of your insurance contract with us. If our partnership with Teladoc Health ends, the service can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Please note the maximum cover across all AIG Instant Life Insurance policies is £600,000 if aged 17 – 45 or £350,000 if aged 46 to 55.

A summary of our internal procedures for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints is available on request and if you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by contacting them on 0800 0234 567.
