Therapeutic Counsellor based in Whitton/Twickenham

I am a Qualified Therapist working in Twickenham, West London & Online.

I offer a safe and relaxing environment for clients to explore whatever issues they may have. I also provide counselling online, allowing me to work with people in the rest of the country.

You may have a particular problem or perhaps you just don't feel ok, but you're not sure why. You may be able to identify current events or relationships that are troubling you, or maybe there are past situations that still affect you; often there is no clear cause.

It may be that you are interested in knowing more about why you behave the way you do. You might want to understand what drives you and why you keep repeating unhelpful patterns of behaviour that you may want to change.

If you have got as far as looking for a therapist then it is probably the right time to start the conversation and find out more about how I can work with you to address the issues you are experiencing.

I have a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
