Lasting Powers of Attorney

Lasting Powers of Attorney are the only document that allows a person (the Donor) to appoint one or more people to act for them in the event of losing mental capacity.

Any person over 18 years of age that is of sound mind can make an LPA. Doing so could save you and your family a great deal of time and money at a time that is already stressful enough.

LPAs are incredibly powerful documents, great care should be taken when setting one up, you can give your Attorney(s) power to manage your Property and Financial affairs together with your own Health and Welfare.
