Windows with +++ scratches, smears and staining between the panes

Fitted glass panes which the next day in the sunlight (fitted the day before as it was getting dark) looked horrendous with lots of dirt, dust and smears in between the panes. I've since found out that the coated side was also fitted the wrong way round. A (very young and clearly very little knowledge about windows) office girl called Jade Price and her colleague came to my house to have a look the next day when I rang to say about the issues with the windows. Jade had been harassing me pretty much constantly on Fb messenger for an immediate payment the night before (which luckily I didn't make as had a feeling something wasn't right). Despite me being clearly upset about the state of the windows and the whole experience they were extremely belittling and aggressive in their approach trying to make me feel like I had to pay for them and that there was no issues, which you can clearly see in the photos is not the case.
