Every area of a project has a phased approach like RIBA stages, but we have simplified these into 4 main areas from feasibility studies through to full project management. You can choose how much you would like us to be involved in your project, whether it is an extension to an existing building or a multi-use development site.

Late last year and when we were planning a large side extension and loft extension/conversion and Arcitek was recommended to me. For the very onset I found Shane Reeve, Director of Arcitek extremely knowledgeable and he fully demonstrates his experience when answering my queries. He explains things in a language I can comprehend. Plans were produced as per my specification, but Shane's expertise was clear in the drawings. Arcitek went on to act as our agent for our application for Planning permission, and again did this professionally. I received a clear quote for the work, which detailed when payment would be due and invoices are received in a timely manner. I feel that time to speak to me is made whenever I need, and I have very much appreciated that there is flexibility in when I can contact Arcitek, as this has allowed me to speak to him at the times convenient to me. I highly recommend Arcitek as the service provided has been excellent and exceptional value for money.
