Shocking service

Shocking. Roofer refused to fit tiles because of such poor quality. Delayed my job by 2 months waiting for replacements. Refused to refund a pack of clips because they were open and when I said it was the least they could do given all the hassle I'd had starting spouting off about how much I had cost his business after turning away a delivery....which was out of my control and for which I had offered to pay for at the time. Then went on to say there was nothing wrong with the tiles and he'd sold them to someone else.....even though the supplier had replaced them. Happy to take your money......not happy to help. All for the sake of a £25 refund 🙄
