Vinyl & Transfer Printing

COLOURED VINYL: Produces A Very Smooth Matt Finish, Ideal For Sportswear, Leisure wear & Work wear. (Suitable For Cotton, Polyester & Similar Fabrics. Can Be Washed Up To 80°C).

THERMO REFLECTIVE: Perfect for the production of highly visible reflective logos for application to work wear and outerwear. (Suitable for T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, Nylon Jackets, Hi-vis clothing, Polyester & Poly/Cotton. Can Be Washed Up to 60°C).

FLOCK: High Density Fibres Give A Textured Velvet Feel, Perfect For Lettering, Numbers And Logos Onto Sports And Leisure wear. (Suitable For Cotton, Polyester & Similar Fabrics. Can Be Washed Up To 80°C).

NYLOCUT: A Soft Matt Film Suitable For Application to Nylon Products. (Suitable For Nylon Products Only. Can Be Washed Up To 40°C).

MESH VINYL: Ideal for Sportswear. (Suitable For Cotton, Polyester & Similar Fabrics. Can Be Washed Up To 60°C)

Screen Printing

We can decorate your garments in many ways, whether you want a colour photo, special effect or just plain text we can print to suit your requirements.

We can re-produce your artwork in house from supplied high res jpegs, eps files or tiff formatted designs.

Film production prices start from £15.00 per film (per colour) for an A4 format and from £20.00 for an A3 sized and above image. For the best results...

Different designs and fabrics may require different printing techniques. As with most retail lines in the high street, we screen with either plastisol, water based or discharge inks depending what best suits your preferred garment. This is the recommended and most cost effective process for runs of 20 garments or more.
