By far the best estate agent i have ever dealt with! from start to finish they worked hard to sell my home in very difficult circumstances. I had previously tried two other agents in Bury but they fell very short of what was needed to get my house sold. As soon as hellingmassey took over i realised they had a very different way of dealing with my needs. "They cared". No sooner had i gave them instructions they came up with a new way of marketing and i was so impressed with the way they photographed and described my property. Within a short time (2 months) i had lots of viewings and an offer was agreed. I was in the process of separating with my partner and hellingmassey had the difficult job of dealing with both parties wants and needs but they did this without fault. I can honestly say if anybody ANYBODY needs an estate agent that goes the extra mile then hellingmasssey is who they need to call. Thanks to Chris & staff for everything.

I have found them to be very professional with good clear communication throughout the process,giving information and responses by return.
