I would thoroughly recommend Mother Goose to anyone who wants a smooth, stress-free house sale. David & Jenny found us a buyer within two weeks of the property going on the market. They organised an open house for us while we had a day out. From the open house our buyer put in an offer which David negotiated up for us. I thought that an estate agents job was to print out particulars and promote the house. It turns out David & Jenny offer a complete service, holding the hand of the buyer and vendor from start to finish. When things became fraught it was David who made sure everyone was up to speed and knew what was going on and what needed to be done. I really do not know we would have done without Mother Goose, they made a very tense time stress-free, and injected humour and calm to the situation. This could have only been done with in-depth knowledge of their business and years of dedicated experience. You cannot go wrong using Mother Goose to sell your property!
