When you visit us, you can be sure to receive a comprehensive assessment and explanation of your diagnosis by our highly experienced Physiotherapist.

Our approach is holistic, which means we try to address all the factors that could be causing your injury or problem. Together with you, your therapist will design and discuss an individualized treatment programme aimed at returning you to wellness as soon as possible. Unlike many other clinics our therapists allow a full hour for your initial consultation, this ensures you will receive a full treatment on your first visit. Should we consider that physiotherapy is not appropriate or feel that you would benefit from referral to a consultant we will assist you in this process.

This ancient technique combines modern scientific knowledge of anatomy and physiology with the disciplines of traditional oriental medicine. It employs combinations of rhythmic acupressure, joint mobilizations and gentle yoga stretches. A number of gentle techniques are carried out through clothing on a padded matt on the floor using the feet, knees, elbows, palms, forearms and thumbs.
