We are a counselling service offering tailored individual and family counselling packages as well as a proven parenting programme; we also cater for team building events. Our services are offered to the public and private sectors alike. We offer a children’s and young persons counselling service and play therapy for the younger ones.

We at One Stop Therapy believe that Counselling should be available to the whole family as we all need a little help and support some times regardless of our age or gender.We are a local government approved Counselling service and have a proven track record of achieving positive results and working with challenging behaviour.All Counsellors that work for One Stop Therapy are fully paid up members of the BACP and have good experience working with; Bereavement, (OCD) Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Mental health, Divorce stress and anger management, abuse, etc.We offer a fully confidential service and our personal ethos is Trust, Honesty and respect for everyone.
