OPEN MINDS UK was created by Sigal Shalev D.Hyp PDCBHyp PDCHyp, a fully qualified hypnotherapist, trained by the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. She is registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and the General Hypnotherapy Register and has recently worked in collaboration with the National institutes for clinical research into stress.

SIGAL specialises in helping clients to swiftly develop the confidence and motivation they need to attain their goals and overcome any stresses and anxieties preventing them from reaching their full potential.

USING a variety of traditional Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR she has helped people of all ages and walks of life overcome difficulties in a wide variety of areas.
