I have just had the most pleasant eye test ever and that's from entering the opticians to leaving the staff were wonderful they were so pleasant and made me feel so at ease and when Martin the optician came out and he was so helpful and mad me feel so comfortable and gave me a wonderful eye test and made me feel relaxed and it's very very reasonable prices in fact fabulous I would highly highly recommend this opticians they are so so good at their jobs
Recent visit.
I had my annual eye test this morning and have to say that it was a totally enjoyable experience. Martin provides an extremely professional service in a very friendly manner. I highly recommend this business!
First Class
My two year old daughter needed an emergency eye appointment at the hospital, due to a deterioration in her eye sight (during lockdown). Our usual Opticians, in the Southside, are currently closed. They passed on Martin's number to contact him, as our daughter needed a new eye prescription in her glasses. Martin was absolutely first class. He came and collected her glasses from our front door step, got her new prescription in less than five days and brought them back to us. I can honestly say, O'Callaghan's service is one of the best we have ever had. What could have been a very stressful few weeks waiting on an Optician to open to change her prescription, was dealt with in the most professional manner. Thanks again Martin.

highly recommend this independent optician. cannot get this level of service elsewhere. my partner had his eye test on tuesday and was wearing his new glasses on friday pm. plus they gave him a savings voucher that i was able to use for my new specs! super friendly folks, excellent optician who really took the time to be thorough on the eye exam. five stars all around
Best optician in West End
Popped in because of the sale on designer frames but stayed for the professional service and friendly advice. Have got some new glasses that are getting loads of compliments. But no one believes me when I tell them what it cost. Basically got these beauties for what it could cost for frames alone elsewhere. The value's unbeatable, especially for the high level of professionalism, the warranty and after-care service. Customer for life!
