Make staff members makes environment feel unsafe

Cinema itself is clean, great prices and accessible, sadly ID checking is hugely hit and miss. Major problem at Vue Merthyr is a single male staff member that obviously has issues with females, is openly rude, condescending and overbearing towards them weather older or younger (hes around early 30's) when I asked to speak to a duty manager over an issue he mocked me, then when the female manager arrived he hung around gave a running commentary on the situation he wasn't involved in anyway, continuing to mock and laugh, leering at my 17 year old daughters to the point of their discomfort (and other members of staffs). When I asked for his name he laughed in my face when he gave it, obviously thinking a woman wouldn't dare do anything with it! Well the last time he was rude and overbearing towards me a few months back I didn't, this time, not so lucky. Beware ladies and parents of young ladies this man creates an unsafe environment for females.
