About Us

Servicemaster has been operating for over 50 years. Having successfully run the Cornwall branch since 1998 the New Millennium saw the acquisition of the South East Cornwall and South West Devon regions covering both Bodmin Moor and parts of Dartmoor.

Darren, who is a qualified Technician with Senior BDMA Accreditation, has over 20 years' experience in this profession.

Darren prides himself on his attention to detail offering a first class service to our customers.

Amanda deals with the day to day running of the office also helping with Fire & Flood work, liaising with Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters, to enable a smooth restoration and conclusion to Insurance claims. We deal with anything from the smallest spillage to the largest Flood & Fire damaged properties.

We will attend on site to inspect and assess the damage to either your content s or building structure as requested by the Insurers

Excess water to be extracted

A full itinerary of damage items will be listed with your assistance

We will then apply anti-microbial solution to prevent mould and mildew growth and kill waterborne bacteria and viruses

Moisture testing to determine the level of water penetration to the property thus indicating the volume of equipment needed to dry the damaged area

Our Accredited Technician will return on site to assess the drying process and answer any questions.
