Partners

The practice currently has two partners, Roger Neal FCA and Ronald Graham FCCA. Both partners commenced their training and professional lives with the practice and together provide over 65 years experience of both the profession and business in Loughborough.

Associates

Richard Sims FCCA and Kieran Spiers FCCA joined the firm as trainees, qualifying as Chartered Certified Accountants in 2003. They were appointed associates in 2007. Rob Bradley ATT, our Tax Manager, joined the firm in 2004.

Staff

The two partners are supported by a dedicated and professional team of 15 staff. They are committed to giving the best service to our clients and undergo a continuing program of in-house and external training to ensure they are continually up to date with legislation and requirements.

With most of our staff having worked for the firm for 5 years or more, we are proud of the stability of our workforce and the continuity of service that enables us to provide to our clients.

Client Relationships

As well as offering a professional service, we are committed to providing ongoing added-value services, including a program of free in-house seminars on a range of topics. These very popular events cover topics of particular interest and relevance to our clients, such as Inheritance Tax Planning, Budget updates etc.

In addition to our free seminar program, we provide regular Newsletters and Budget updates to ensure clients are kept appraised of current issues.

We are regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in the conduct of audit work and investment business.

To provide up to date information and services to our clients in an extremely fast changing world we are committed to the training of our team.

We are a recognised training office for the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. We demonstrate our commitment to ongoing training by sponsoring staff who are undergoing training as Chartered Certified Accountants or Accounting Technicians.

We are also full members of the Mercia Training Group and all members of our team receive continuing professional education through a program of Mercia courses.
