As a private landlord we have built our portfolio over the years from the first small house we bought in Poole in 1985, to the portfolio we have today of over 3000 units.
All our properties are managed by us, employing more than 100 staff, the business offers a number of different in-house services; we have a dedicated maintenance department, a team of professional lettings advisors and staff specialising in debt management and financial support. Everything you need under one roof, ultimately, we want our tenants to be happy in their homes!
Moving home can be a costly affair, so we aim to keep the costs down by offering the lowest admin fees in the area.
