Christmas parcel
On 2/12/21 I paid £17.40 online to send a parcel from Seaton Devon to Poole by way of your new doorstep collection.It was given a Tracking number but stayed 4 weeks in the Seaton parcel dept.I phoned your complaints number in Plymouth and the parcel arrived in Poole next day, but my brother-in.-law was charged another £21.80 on collection.On the parcel it said postage had been paid in Seaton but had not been printed.then why was it given a tracking number?I made many inquires with the postmen during December with no result.One even took my phone number but there was no response.What on earth was going on.Can I have repayment of one of the 2 postal charges.
