ShredAbility offer a Secure Shredding Service to clients in Malvern, Worcester, Evesham, Hereford and Gloucester. Specialists in Shredding of Confidential documents and other papers. Collection of non-confidential papers cardboard and plastic. Archive and Document Storage. Destruction of Computer Hard Drives and Disks. Commercial Office Removals.

Collection procedures

Each bag or box that our driver collects will have a barcode attached to it. The barcode will be scanned by our driver and this will relay to our computer the date, time and place that the bag/box was taken into our possession. The customer will be provided with a duplicate of the bar code on a waste transfer note.

Our driver will then transfer the confidential waste to our vehicle and transport it to the ShredAbility secure shredding unit. All our drivers are security vetted and have mobile phones and the ShredAbility vehicles have satellite tracking devices installed, giving customers the reassurance that we know where all our vehicles are and that the confidential waste is secure at all times.

Agreeing the schedule of collection

With the customer, we agree a collection point and time, which can either be a one off (purge) or a regular weekly/monthly visit. Security waste sacks and security ties are provided in advance of the first collection and a Service Agreement form is completed. For new customers we are happy to provide advice on how to operate an effective office waste recycling system.
