Disappointing

Lenn is a generally competent builder. However there are a number of reasons I would identify that you should not employ him. He is unable to work productively with other tradesmen such as plumbers and electricians. It has now been 10 months since he began work in my house and he has struggled to finish the project. I waited 6 months for him to finish my roof. And still do date he has left the side of my extension unrendered. He is unable to see his faults or limitations and becomes defensive and hostile when faced with them. He demands final instalment of payment before completing the work.
