The Ultra Family Home Renovation Project

Welcome to our new exciting project! we have been renovating a big family home, starting from scratch! This gives us great opportunities to suit the clients wants and needs, by designing each room to its relevancy. This 5 bedroom property has so much to offer with its huge bi-fold doors opening out onto the beautiful spacious garden...not to mention, we have designed a rather snazzy gym that also opens out to the garden.With this property we have designed everything from beautifully crafted joinery to luxurious bathrooms! We have also introduced the ultra-modern KNX system which can control every single electric item straight from the iPhone! AMAZING technology!This house offers spacious rooms making the open-plan design flow wonderfully! We have had a beautiful staircase made- a sophisticated American Walnut staircase all the way from Poland!

This project is nearing the end, we are just waiting for the last bits of furniture to arrive, just in time for Christmas!

BRAND NEW RENOVATION PROJECT

Our latest project is an all time first for Falchi! We are beginning a complete renovation of a 6000 Square foot property. We have renovated homes in the past but have never started with just the skeleton of a building. This is a very new project therefore we are still in the planning stage. What is fantastic about this project is absolutely every decision being made is tailored to our client. Where would they like to have their morning cup of tea watching the television? Every plug socket, light fixture, door Ect. is completely 100% tailored to their daily lives. Our job is to find out exactly how they can use their home to the best of its capability.

Work In Progress

We are currently working on a number of residential properties, each different in their own unique way which makes designing even more exciting!

We are now on our third phase of a family home, transforming two children's rooms and the master bedroom to pure luxury! We are designing solutions for practical storage which comes in handy when she is a busy working mum! This, however, does not compromise the overall design! The hallway is notorious for 'human traffic' which inevitably creates marks on the walls...have no fear! We are offering a fabulous vinyl wallpaper which can be washed and scrubbed...and Voilà! keeps the walls looking fresh and scuff free.
