REFUSING LOTTERY PAY OUT

Do not go here I popped in here to get my Lottery winnings and gave the asian lady behind the till my ticket to validate my winnings, she then said and I Quote " you have to spend the winnings in the shop" I have no money in my till which was BS!! I said to her that I dont want to spend my winnings I dont have too!! She said no money in till!! Not my problem!! By this time there was queue and she tried to involve the other people in the shop and showed them the money in the till she had!!! Which was enough to pay me out! I then said to her your lieing to yr customers ,She blatantly ignored me and refused to give me my money, she ended up giving me a £20 note and the rest in pound coins weather I LIKED IT OR NOT!!! Horrid person I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO CAMELOT they sell out of date food and over charge you in this dump DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IT IS A DUMP😡😡😡
