BERRY'S COACHES NO NO

Hi under no circumstances would I use this company... After my van was hit by a BERRY'S Coach on the 3rs July 2023 the driver drove off without stopping and didn't leave any details... I had to find out myself who had hit my van and chase it up. BERRY'S made it extremely difficult and denied responsibility at first until I sent them cctv footage. My vehicle is disabled registered and is needed for my wifes hospital visits and I have now had no car for a month.... Including having no courtesy car...THEY HAVE STILL NOT PAYED ME MY FULL INSURANCE AFTER A MONTH.... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY Date of experience: 03 July 2023
