How we can help you find the ideal property

We are in Marylebone, covering surrounding areas in central London.

Once instructed, we do everything from pre-viewing, advising, negotiating the deal, assisting with mortgages, and dealing with all parties. We finalise every detail until we hand you over the keys.

If you are an overseas investor, we can refurbish, and arrange tenants.

Rental Agreements are usually for 1 year, and references are required. Some Corporate Lets are longer.

Getting things started

Before we start our search we like to meet you at your home or a convenient place for an hour, to discuss what you wish to achieve, and take details of your ideal property and location,list your specific requirements.

Some of our clients are overseas buyers - this can be done by phone, fax and email.

Others are busy individuals, already living in London who have no time to immerse themselves into the London market.

It is vital to ensure you are 100% ready to move before starting the search. You must have your budget confirmed, and have a lawyer that will act for you. If you have a property to sell - get it on the market, and preferably, Under Offer.

In order to become a "hot" buyer, and therefore given priority by our network of contacts, it is highly important you are regarded as well organised, and committed.

Clinching the deal

Once you have chosen your ideal property, we discuss tactics and handle the negotiations on your behalf. Negotiation is one of our main areas of expertise, as we know the London market conditions and current values. The results demonstrate, we are able to save clients money - more often than not.

From our position, we are totally objective and emotionally detached - which generally achieves a better price. We drive a hard bargain, to ensure our clients pay the best possible price.

When a Vendor has more than one offer to consider, our influence, reputation and contacts, may be critical in tipping the balance in your favour.
