Roofing

We specialise in maintenance works to roofs, including repairing minor leaks, slipped slates, loose flashings, repair or replacement of lead centre and parapit, and gutters, all lead roofing works, partial or complete re-roofing to pitch and flat roofs. We also carry out annual roof cleaning programmes for various properties.

Masonry

Acredale Builders Ltd carry out all aspects of masonry work such as pointing repairs, stone patching and replacement works, re-building of external and internal walls using existing salvaged stone or new stone, repairs or rebuilding of chimney stacks including flaunching and replacement of chimney pots and cowls carrying out repairs or building small new structures like porches and out-buildings.

Carpentry

Acredale Builders Ltd offer a comprehensive carpentry service such as internal and external carpentry works both internal and external, repairs and replacement of Georgian and Victorian timber windows in conjunction with external re-decorations, fitment of new domestic kitchens including associated works - electrical, tiling, flooring etc. Fabrication of fitted shelving, alcove units and cupboards.

Plumbing

Our plumbing services include all minor plumbing maintenance works including repairs of toilets, roof tanks, baths, showers etc. Complete refurbishment of existing bathrooms including associated works - electrical, tiling, flooring, decorating and replacement of individual sanitary items. Servicing of central heating systems, replacement and new boilers, complete central heating and water systems, carry our Landlords Gas Certificate checks and installation of plumbing in kitchens and utility rooms.
