Oaktree Architectural was established by Paul Brown HNC Building studies, to provide a high- quality design service developing practical solutions tailored to meet client needs.

With over 30 years experience within the Construction Industry, including Project Design Management / Building Surveying / Construction Management and with past membership of the NHBC, National House Building Council.

History & The Future

As with most Professionals Paul keeps up to date with the latest Planning requirements, such as The Code for Sustainable Homes, introduced by the Government & adopted by Local Planning Authorities. Oaktree Architectural is also a member of Trada.

He also believes in cultivating good relationships/rhetoric with the various local Planning & Building Control departments, and prides himself on providing clear, concise and accurate information to individual Planning/Building Control Officers, to help them make the best informed decisions.
