As an experienced counsellor, I've always believed in a compassionate, open-minded approach to counselling as the best way forward for my clients.

I believe counselling thrives based on a relationship of trust - offering you a safe environment where you can voice your thoughts and concerns without feeling judged. I understand making changes to your life can be challenging. So, if you're feeling unsure about what to do next, it can be a welcome relief to talk things through with a counsellor. Someone who can help you make sense of difficult thoughts and emotions, while remaining true to yourself. As well as individual counselling I also off couples counselling to resolve problems and conflict in their relationships. This process requires someone who can remain neutral, but committed to your interests. Someone who provides you with clarity and support as you regain confidence and self-awareness.

We all have busy schedules. Our emotions, thoughts and relationships can quickly get on top of us - knocking our self-confidence and ability to cope in a crisis. I have helped people in the most difficult circumstances, using compassion and supportive feedback as a way of healing their distress. I can offer you a chance to gain insight and start making the changes you want in life. With expertise and experience you develop a greater capacity for self-awareness and emotional resilience. Learning to repair breakdowns in intimate relationships, enabling you to move beyond conflict to healthy communication and mutual understanding.

Most clients find me to be warm, approachable and easy to talk to. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma or a loss of confidence, you will learn to tackle your problems and work through the alternative solutions. I'm an active listener with a good sense of humour and treat people with an attitude of respect and tolerance. This comes from a life experience of working with people from different backgrounds, cultures, professions, genders and sexual orientations.
