Building Project Management

CLPM have a team of 7 project managers who support clients with residential and commercial construction projects across London, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

We offer a range of support services including Contract Administration, Contract Administration with additional project monitoring, and Contract Management.

Our highly experienced team provide independent, bespoke heating system advice for clients in the residential and commercial sector. We also work with architects to inform their design. We are 100% independent of manufacturers and installers and take a holistic approach - ensuring that the fabric of the building and heating and ventilation systems are all designed to fit the needs of our clients.
We offer a flexible service, and can help clients whatever the nature of their problem or their building or existing heating system. We are experienced in all systems, including renewables.

Independent Energy Consultancy

Our experts have over 25 years' experience working with homeowners, commercial clients and charities, as well as church and community groups.
